Project Management

Coordination Proccess
At this stage we plan a project roadmap, in order to dedicate special time to the execution of each detail of the work. We believe that each part of a project is equally important, therefore, its execution must be previously calculated, always taking into account a safety time to adjust for any setback that may arise.

This stage is generally not the longest of the process, but it extends depending on the volume of work that is required, however, at the end of it, the place is ready to be used immediately, so this part of the work concludes with the erevision final by our quality control in conjunction with the client.
